Seared Crusted Ahi with Avocado Lime Mash

Tuna has always been one of my favorite fish to cook (and eat). Tuna salad? Yep. Spicy tuna roll? Sign me up. Seared ahi? Fire up the cast iron! And these days, who doesn't put avocado mash on..everything.

For this recipe, you'll want to get sushi grade ahi tuna. Meaning technically, you could eat this raw. So don't worry about undercooking. The best way to have seared ahi is... seared.

This recipe is a is super healthy, a breeze to whip up, and well, it's pretty.
